Studio Elm Rental Agreement

By booking a rental at Studio Elm, you agree to the following terms:

1. Booking & Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Your rental time includes setup and teardown. Please plan accordingly.

Overtime will be billed in 30‑minute increments at the studio’s hourly rate.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the booking are non‑refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before your appointment.

3. Studio Use & Conduct

Renters must arrive and leave within their scheduled time.

The studio must be left in the same condition it was found.

No open flames or hazardous materials.

Furniture and props must be moved carefully and returned to their original place.

4. Damage & Liability

Renters are responsible for any damage caused during their rental.

Studio Elm is not liable for injuries, lost items, or equipment brought by the renter.

Any damage fees will be invoiced after the session.

5. Guests & Capacity

Maximum occupancy is 20 people

Children must be supervised at all times.

6. Equipment & Amenities

Included amenities must be used responsibly.

7. Photography & Content

Renters are responsible for obtaining any necessary model or property releases.

Commercial use is allowed unless otherwise stated.

8. Clean‑Up Requirements

Remove all trash and personal items.

Wipe down surfaces used.

Reset furniture to its original layout.

Failure to clean may result in a cleaning fee
