Unless otherwise noted, because of the nature of this transaction, and the prevalence of illegal reproduction facilities, products sold by AJ Hills Photography on ajhillsphotography.com and ajhillsphotography.pixieset.com are final and non-refundable.  AJ Hills Photography makes no representations or warranties, either express or implied, of any kind with respect to products sold on this site, including but not limited to merchantability, and fitness for a particular purpose.  You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to AJ Hills Photography arising from any product sold on this website shall be the price of the product ordered.  In no event shall AJ Hills Photography, its officers, employees or other representatives, be liable for special, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages related to products sold.  You agree that AJ Hills Photography, it's officers, employees or other representatives shall not be liable for damages arising from the operation, content or use of ajhillsphotography.com.

You agree that this limitation of liability is comprehensive and applies to all damages of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect, compensatory, special, incidental, punitive and consequential damages.  

Typographical and Photographical Errors:  AJ Hills Photography attempts to be as accurate as possible in our pricing, as well as our typographical and photographical depictions of products for sale;  however, we cannot guarantee that product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content of ajhillsphotography.com and ajhillsphotography.pixieset.com is accurate, complete, or current.  In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, informational, technical or other error, AJ Hills Photography shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to either honor the displayed price or refuse/cancel any orders placed for that product at the incorrect price.

COLOR AND PRINT

Due to differences in monitor calibration, screen brightness, and device display settings, printed colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen. AJ Hills Photography is not responsible for color variations between digital files and printed products.

CROPPING & ASPECT RATIO NOTICE

Some print sizes require cropping to fit standard aspect ratios. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving the crop preview before placing an order. AJ Hills Photography is not responsible for prints ordered with unintended cropping.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRINT NOTICE

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact AJ Hills Photography within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work with the print lab to replace the item at no additional cost. This applies only to manufacturer defects or shipping damage, not customer selected cropping, color variations, or size choices.

RETURN POLICY

Sale of all products on the ajhillsphotography.com and ajhillsphotography.pixieset.com are final and non-refundable.  There are no returns or exchanges available.

SHIPPING POLICY

AJ Hills Photography uses a third-party Print Lab to fulfill print orders.  Once your order has been received by the lab, they will process and then ship directly to you.  You will receive a confirmation once your order has been dispatched.  AJ Hills Photography is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered.  

SALES POLICY AGREEMENT

By placing an order at ajhillsphotography.com or ajhillsphotography.pixieset.com, you agree to the terms and conditions of the sale as indicated on this website.  By placing an order on ajhillsphotography.com or ajhillsphotography.pixieset.com you agree to the total amount of the sale, and you have authorized AJ Hills Photography to collect payment via the payment method you have specified.  AJ Hills Photography reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.  NOTE:  AJ Hills Photography attempts to be as accurate as possible in our content and pricing; however, we cannot guarantee that the product descriptions/specifications, pricing or any other content of the site is accurate, complete or current.  In the event that the product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographic, or technical error, or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, AJ Hills Photography shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price.

PRICING AND SECURITY

AJ Hills Photography does not rent, trade, loan or sell your personal information, or any other information which might identify you, to third parties.  We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy.  The information we collect is used to process your order and to enhance your shopping experience.  

YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

When you place an order through this site, you provide us with your name, email address, credit card information, address and phone number.  We use this information to process your order.  The financial information (credit card number, expiration date, billing address etc.) that we collect from you is used for billing purposes only.  In order to serve you best, transactions are handled by a reputable third-party payment method (Stripe).  We also work with third parties that perform various vital functions on our behalf, i.e. printing labs.  Once payment is has been authorized, the print lab will begin processing your order.  These third parties will have access to your personal information as required for them to carry out these functions on our behalf.  They are under strict obligation to keep your personal information private.

CONSENT

By using our website, you are agreeing to let us collect the aforementioned information (please see above) and use it in said manner.  If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes on this page.  AJ Hills Photography will cooperate with law enforcement agencies to identify any individual who attempts to use our services for illegal activities.  Other sites accessible through AJ Hills Photography have their own privacy and data collection practices.  Please consult each site's privacy policy.  AJ Hills Photography is not responsible for the actions of third parties.
